Dr Sam Shaw graduate from the University of Western Australian in 2014 and has worked in Perth and Sydney since graduation. Dr Shaw has recently completed a post-graduate course in conscious sedation at the University of Sydney and also completed his primary examination with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS).
Dr Shaw has been awarded numerous prizes during his studies including F. G. Christensen Award in 2016 for the student with the highest mark in the Primary Examinations, the Wynn Needham Memorial Prize in 2014 for the student with the highest aggregate mark for the level 5 units in the course for the degree of Bachelor of Dental Science and the Australian Society of Endodontology (WA Branch) Prize in Endodontics in 2012. Dr Shaw has also volunteered in Vietnam to assist in promoting dental health and provided dental treatment to disadvantaged children in Vietnamese villages.
