Dr Al-Shafi is completing post-graduate studies in Orthodontics at the University of Sydney. She has a strong interest in orthodontic treatment.
Dr Al-Shafi holds a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry from Griffith University. Further, she sat the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons Primary Exam. As a result, Dr Al-Shafi was awarded a commendation on outstanding performance.
Dr Al-Shafi has an interest in community work and was involved in Rural Indigenous Community of Cherbourg. As a result, Dr Al-Sahfi has been a dental volunteer for underserviced communities with dental ehalth needs.
Dr Al-Shafi works on Saturdays at Darlinghurst Dental and performs all general dentistry treatements.
