Rachel – Receptionist
Rachel is part of our reception team at Darlinghurst Dental. Rachel has been working as a receptionist for 6 years now, including working at an optometry practice. Rachel has undertaken training to assist with cross-infection management and also first aid and emergency training. Originally from the Illawarra region, Rachel moved to Sydney to pursue her acting career. Rachel has a Bachelor of Performance from the University of Wollongong. Acting and producing are Rachel’s main passion, that she works on when she is not manning the desk at Darlinghurst Dental.
Shannon – Practice Manager
Shannon is our part-time Practice Manager and co-owner of Darlinghurst Dental. The role of the Practice Manager is to support the dentists and staff so they can provide the outstanding dental services Darlinghurst Dental is known for. Shannon has a BSc(Hons), LLB(Hons) and LLM from the University of Sydney and works as a lawyer in Sydney. Shannon also holds the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Australian Navy Reserves as a Legal Officer and is a supporter of the children’s charity KidsXpress. Shannon lives locally and enjoys live music and the many wine bars and new places to eat and drink in the area.
